Help with a Vision

Actually Lorien, now that I think about it the buildings didn't seem to collapse ,the static just started spreading around, maybe through them. Sometimes I just relax a minute and I am somewhere else, this vision happened quickly & then was gone. Sometimes when this comes on so suddenly & realize what I am seeing it kind of shocks me back to this reality, if that makes any sense. I wish I had seen more.
