You're right. Wiki says: Bloomington is located at 40°29′03″N 88°59′37″W. The city is at an elevation of 797 feet (243 m) above sea level. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 22.5 square miles (58.3 km²), all of it land. Anything above 700 ft. is solidly above the new sea level after the pole melt.
