Then he goes off on a H1N1 speech, which he himself has very little knowledge, following suit with just about any and every H1N1 theorist. And I had to ask myself, considering that the guy can't even get his PowerPoint to work properly, if he is the right guy to give advice about my health needs?

He was also extremely vague, so vague in fact that it was difficult to follow what he was on about.

Did he say anything new? Was what he did say linked to any Above Top Secret job he claimed he had (incidentally I didn't hear him state the 'three letter' organization in his resumé, he can't have forgotten about that surely)?
