I do recommmend the book so I will not put the full process here but e-mail me directly if anyone wants the process.

Oh so all that porcelain is the 'scheist' shelf (i googled dutch toilet) and the watery part is much smaller than in a normal bowl type toilet. Good because that pic had been giving me the impression of fist sized stones, ouch!!

I love that the Dutch have a museum of sheist, and why cant we say **** here? It's a good anglo saxon word., merde! The museum also has actual differing toilet models that express our nationalistic attitudes to it, $hit that is.

Er, maybe not.

I mentioned on another thread I'd changed my diet about four months back and feel a lot better for it, I think the clear out is the next logical step.

Gosh, if all the pig flu does is makes sure everyone gets their healthiest, then that's not a bad thing!

I followed John's threads and bought the book and did my first flush this last weekend. Saw a few small stones but nothing major, i gather this is normal on the first flush...
I also bought an enema kit and did one for the first time...

one thing amazed me and still does, is my Skin - its so soft, never had skin like this before, toned? Im not even sure how to describe it..like oiled skin but not oily in texture, just amazingly soft lol...

I will try another flush again..i didnt handle the apple juice so easily, i gained a few pounds of weight from all the sugar, i dont normally eat much sugar, but must have lost some weight from the enema as my fat increased and my overall weight decreased. I am wondering if I need the apple juice?

Also in a pm John told me he was doing weekly flushes where the bok recommends monthly ones...

the apple juice softens the stones... Malic acid is the bit needed.

I do my apple juice 50/50 with my CLEAN water (see my 70% water thread for that) I also add a cap full of apple cyder vinegar just to be safe...

outline procedure:
1 Litre of apple juice a day for 5 days vegan diet (meat / dairy diffucult for your liver to process)

6th day only light food and nothing after 1pm enema before the evening
take a series of liver salts at a certain timing and strength
then later take a olive oil / pink grapefruit shake

then lay down
More salts in the morning a certain time later...

and you have green stones popping...

I did do 3 in close succession and tonight over webcam a friend I met at Zurich has been going HOLLY "MERDE" JOHN YOU LOOK GREAT!!! She didn't use the french word

So maybe I'm looking better for the 5 or 6 hundred stones I now am not carrying...

She asked have I lost any weight.... and I said "I'm a few stones lighter"...

More details of the flush then mail me a few of you have... Ideally I'd recommend the book as I think reading it is worth it as it clarifies a number of things about health just doing the flush won't give you... but I read it cover to cover a few times and it all makes sence to me.

I will continue with the apple juice. My Mum started to start passing stones last week in her stools even before she did the salts or the flush from the apple juice!!!! The 500+ over this weekend on her first flush!!!

I've done liver cleanses via the book in question, and I can vouch that some lovely liver/gall stones come out- well, an abundance of stones at first. After a while they should be less frequent as you reach a better level of cleanliness in your liver. You should of course continue to do the cleanses on a regular basis, which is detailed in the book. Otherwise, the benefit of the cleanse is reduced.

My husband (then boyfriend) was skeptical of the power of the liver cleans, but now we swear by it. Come to think of it, it's time for another round!!! I need some apple juice!!

vegan no meat fish or diary. You feel better afterwards. Can be a little sick during and immediately afterwards until the toxic stones are out... hence enema is highly recommended.

Ok this is a little gross but I go on the view "better out than in" so I'd thought I'd share with you what has so far come out of my liver and gallbladder using Andreas Moritz's Liver flush method... In the hope it gets people to investigate further

Flush number 1's picture is currently on my phone and I don't seem to be able to get the picture off... It is more impressive than 2 and 3 but not 4!!!!

But Flush numbers 2 to 4 are on my camera

Ok last night and this morning I did flush number 4 and to be honest I was rather disappointed after 4th load of salts as nothing seemed to be coming out of me!!! (Strange as that would mean I was empty... So I should have been happy!) but then it all started to flow out of me

literally... I decided against the fish out method of before as it was a pain in the A... so I decided to photo in the sieve so you have a number of pics for flush 4. For scale the sieve is 150mm or 6 inches at the plastic rim.

Flush 4 part 3 this one is the larest yet!!! ~25mm

I thought this was it... as I seem to then just pass liquid again... Until this final little lot came out...

Flush 4 part 4 last lot so far today...

I know, I know... gross pictures but I'm hoping it will shock some of you to look into this... as I feel great!!! not that I felt bad before but getting these out is like an emotional release as we are said to store our emotions in our livers... well I did try and have a good old emotional clear out last night forgiving whatever, whoever I could think of from my distant past... well today it seems to have paid off so to speak.

Well I intend to do the next one in 3-4 weeks time and will keep you all posted on how the sputnik zapper goes when it arrives... as it does say it is ideal to do after a liver flush or cleanse

ps this is essential for the home diyers DIY enema kit
