NEVER FEAR AND GET YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY READY...... the more **** they throw at you, the more prepared mentally you have to be, If you need to buy extra gas... get mobile, get food, do it, with a clear mind, relax and very positive.

The problem is that people get very scared and thats when their frecuency lowers, and they are an easy target for the bad guys.....
