I think it's a 2 factor thing: natural habitats and no pesticides.

I don't know much about beekeeping, but I think bees have a certain distance they fly around from the hives. I hadn't really heard about organic bee farming before, or thought about it.

I guess if you're careful about where the hives are situated, hmmm.
