wasnt familiar with these,kind of heard about dr reed but not seen much before now.gut instint after watching most of the links( a couple have been deleted)
is he is genuine, the craft/obelisk sounds similar to the one in the rendlesham incident.and they do hovver as opposed to landing.....at least thats what ive seen.looks likev the cia have done a good job on discrediting him..as they did with bob lazar and some others....the bieng in this case looks like one of the smaller ones,,,but its funny how it has a black robe on,very much like what i remember.i think it may have been defending itself from the dog,
if you read my ufo encounters i mention a normaly friendly local dog went crazy
much the same,even though i dont remember seeing any bieng at that time,
i wonder what happened to the craft and body of the bieng.?

also i found the wrist bracelet part very interesting ,wish i could have seen more clearly if the bieng i encountered had one or if the beam came from its palm.
