Here an extract from the Cassiopean channelling regarding the Greys:

Same for me. But there are very few exemptions. This is one of them. They had a 15 year prep. She is a healer, her husband a theoretical physicist. Its not an ordinary story with them.

I agree with you Bashi that the Cassiopean material is very high quality channeled material. The Ra stuff is also worth reading
