I juice a lot of pine needles.. white pine, yummy stuff. I think sun gazing also floods the body with toxin killers, 1st class in this case, food being 2ndary. Of course not eating those chems in the first place is key too, a little tricky to do with the Barium though.
But yes I've been nearly chemical free for 18 years now. I havent used shampoo or dish soap since I was 16, water cleans everything! People have a hard time believing it when they see my hair is just as clean as anyones.. more cleaner to be factual, never had dandruff since I quit using that ****. Have ot use that deoderant though.. but there is good natural stuffs.

I've noticed the huge effects on mind as well. When I do eat out or come accross chemicals I instantly notice how my mind becomes clouded and incapable of steady concentration, until the effect wheres off, and most people are in that state 100% of the time without ever knowing better. Food and what we injest has great effects.

Even staring at a monitor is not so good. Its like the Sun gazing thing, except we are plugging into false light and it also effects the mind quite a lot. Every now and again I'll take a break for a week and its amazing the different in clarity I gain.

Why do you think tptw are doing everything they can possibly think of to fill your body with gums, waxes, syrups, greases, sludgy oils, preservatives, formaldehyde, etc., and anything that will create mucus, and sludge in the body to coat your cells???? Even to fill you up with Barium from the chemtrails which interferes with good 'radiation' so these 'things' to appear get prevented from appearing.

Anyway, lots of lemon water, pine needle tea, perhaps even DMSO will thin out and remove the coatings in the body so your squeaky clean. Or you can just watch cool holographic images on your TV instead.

The funny part is... 'it is only in the movies and cartoons'... so that you don't think it is real.
