Joe, i see something very similar when i meditate. at night when it's dark in my room and i am just laying there meditating, i'll open my eyes and it will be like a light show in front of me, with these things zooming all over the place. but just as you describe, it's not exactly light. i would describe them as spirits or something, they're not ghosts but they're also not orbs. mine are usually just white, but they sort of blend in with the surroundings so they look tinted blue to me (it doesnt get pitch black in my room and my walls are dark blue). i dont see them in daylight, just at night and in my room. very ocasionally ill see a flicker in the corner of my eye during day time and think "there goes one".

I know what your talking about when describe the energy as ghost like, because

what we are observing is from that plane of existence. I see this Etheric energy

everywhere. It is pretty awesome to say the least. Today I had a green

orb hover by me for a few minutes and then it left.
