Yellow means WAIT, not SPEED UP, I GOTTA GET NOWHERE AND FAST!

The idea of yellow lights is to give you time to safely get through, sometimes it's dangerous to stop too quickly so you go through the yellow.
Your government is the criminal not the yellow light driver.
