Thank you for your reply, futureyes.

I believe I will just play it safe for now. I'm more frustrated that none of my friends want to help me with finding someone but I believe they are probably afraid that I will blame them if they try to be matchmakers and it doesn't work. I'm not worried about rejection. I'm just thinking that I'm not getting any younger and I want to move on and grow and experience more out of my life.
