You have the power, you also have the responsibility - and non-infringment of anothers freewill is quite important.

So by all means pray away - let the love/intent flow. However, it is often best to set your desire to help only those that want or ask for the helping, and for the rest, those that dont want it or you dont know one way or the other: you can simply offering your light back into the universe and let it sort out the rationing of the necessary workings as it knows best.
