look dear you need to be sure you want to come off the healing list

there is no pressure .. and no one is too much trouble ... so please

reconsider .... and get back to us when you have thought about

... till then we will leave you on the list ... i wait to here from you and if you feel you realy want to come off we will of course remove you..
