Also, I've noticed within an hour or so of heavy spraying there are tiny, sticky homogenous particles on cars. So whatever sludge is in those sprays are definitely heavy enough to settle to ground level pretty quickly.

So, I have a question (and thanks Hiram for the excellent technical explanation), WHY do they want to create plasma generators for these weapons/technology? And why some days and not others? Are they constantly directing EMF's onto us?

Also, I have seen the black line that precedes some planes while spraying, many times. Everyone I know is either hostile to my pointing them out or just "checks out", and can't process what they are hearing/seeing. THAT is more astounding to me than the fact that they are even happening.

I first noticed them in 1999, driving with my son in the car seat one summer evening. How is it that billions of people go about their daily business and are so checked out they can't even acknowledge how unnatural and wrong the chemtrail spraying is???

You may want to read my post on "What do 81 Dead Scientists have in Common?" This is the desired population reduction scheme. The Powers that Be consider this to be the most optimal without causing to much collateral damage to the environment and resources. Not to mention they have the cure to project their sorry butts.

The debate surrounding the federal government's alleged weather modification experiments has landed in the U.S. Capitol, thanks to Cleveland Democrat Dennis Kucinich. Representative Kucinich introduced the Space Preservation Act of 2001 on October 2 last year, seeking a "permanent ban on [the] basing of weapons in space."

The bill, HR 2977, specifically outlaws a variety of weapons detailed in the December 6, 2001, Columbus Alive article "Stormy Weather," which exposed allegations of secret government aerial spraying activities. Kucinich's bill explicitly outlaws "chemtrails."

Alive asked Kucinich why he would introduce a bill banning so-called chemtrails when the U.S. government routinely denies such things exist and the U.S. Air Force has routinely called chemtrail sightings "a hoax."

"The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense, 'Vision for 2020,' that's developing these weapons," Kucinich responded. Kucinich says he plans to reintroduce a broader version of the bill later this month. "Plasma, electromagnetics, sonic or ultrasonic weapons [and] laser weapons systems" were among those banned by HR 2977....
