The Greenbaum speech

So, I read this a while ago but it has always stood out to me. It really tied in with a few other things I've read. duncan o'finioan and Svali's statements in particular. But in any case, what I was wondering really, if anyone has any information on what happened to D.C.Hammond...does anyone know anything about him or his story?
