I too struggle with cigarettes, for about 20 something years now..
I was trying to connect via meditation and wasn't getting through either.

From something David Wilcock said, it is becasie the older we get, we get a calcite build up around the silver chord and it blocks the vibrations and makes it almost impossible to use the 3rd eye...

This bummed me out, but then I found other information about doing such things and have decided to stick to meditation through prayer.

Good luck with it though and keep trying..

I am having a hard time with what the bible says and what my soul is telling me is my true destiny...
