First I must apologize to you I_Am. I had to ask myself why I focused my reply solely on you. Upon reflection it is largely because you have a “title” deeming yourself as an authority figure . . . I had no idea this is a title you gave yourself or how you enrolled yourself. I assumed (which is never a good thing to do) that the hierarchy of PA deemed you worthy of that title and that you were somewhat of an authority or expert on researching topics and info for Project Avalon. Oddly enough the fact you are from Sweden somehow was interpreted in my “dumbed down” little mind as “really smart”. A very disconcerting revelation on my part and that will be cause for personal reflection. Also the statement “most Americans” greatly bothered me because it is a statement that cannot be qualified and the thought that someone as a “researcher” making that type of statement really threw me. But I understand now it was solely a personal opinion and not one from valuable unbiased research. Perhaps it was a subliminal push because of the “kick me” sign on your avatar pic.

Yes I did look at your website as well as the original from mntruthseeker and the site 100th monkey put forth. The overall synopsis that your site put forth is true . . . Brittany, Anna Nicole and entertainment fluff are the bulk of our news. As the sites from truthseeker and 100th monkey (sorry guys that I’m speaking as if you are not here) these on the street interviews are so contrived and completely unfair. I believe that these people actually said what they did and it is so horribly embarrassing and sad. But I have to believe there were many people they passed over that were very succinct and intelligent. Anyone can spin information to make their point.

The only thing I will say at this point about the United States and being an American is that we are "damned if we do and damned if we don't" . . . . so damn it . . . . leave us as individuals alone. I bet that statement will be "damned" by the mods.

The point that concerns me most is I have a great apprehension that we (the members on Avalon) have an extraordinary responsibility. Thousands of people from all walks of life and nations are coming to this site for desperate help. They are brought here I believe by unfathomable “universal energy” (as I was) They and we want to be a part of something that can make a true difference and build a new world based on true abundance and grace . . . one community at a time. Threads such as this and many others that are popping up on PA are very divisive and hurtful. We have to remember that all of us are in all stages of “waking up” and that this process is extremely difficult and that we are all vastly different.

I have no “special” talents or great wisdom or able to receive messages from aliens, spirits or even Elvis. I am a farmer and business woman who has been knocked askew by the wonders of our existence. But I do know that persistence and unconditional love pays off in the long run.

So I suppose I_Am my “counter argument” to the topic is I wish not to choose one, because I am not sure what the relevance would be. Yep, we are being “dumbed down” , manipulated, lied to, scared out of our pants and exhausted by rhetoric but you know what . . . . . . . . WE ARE STILL WAKING UP!!!!

P.S. Sweden is in the Eastern Hemisphere, my dear I_Am . . . but we are both in the Northern Hemisphere.
