If you have trouble meditating, try either Monroe's stuff from the Monroe institute. I think he started the binaural stuff. Check out Robert Bruce, and the other one I have found is Jose Silva. I think Silva's is the Ultrmind Control System. I have used those three and like them. They help induce different brain wave patterns.
