Meditation training program to start shortly'

HI Peeps. Yep. That sounds like a good thing to do together. I've done lots of this stuff on and off over the years, but at the moment i am working so much to get all the info out that i've let my energy become a bit flat and entrenched in it all. It feels rite to be focusing our energies like this at the beginning of the new avalon connectivity node. Sometimes I'm getting so caught up in the latest bit of o my god info that requires yet more deprogramming and surrender, that i'm neglecting my yoga, not sleeping enough and drinking a bit too much coffee (damn good stuff though when ya moving the body enough to get the benefits). May we find the miraculous within us and do what we must.

Bring on the rainbow bodies.
