I'm sorry Swanny but these guidelines have been posted here from the onset. Folks just never bothered to look and as a result really good folks left because of how they were poorly treated by other members who didn't follow the guidelines - and all of the negativity that resulted.

This is a very new forum.. and just took off a bit too rapidly for everyone in the back doing the moderation to keep up. Things will sort themselves out and the creme will rise to the top once again after the debris is cleared out.

Everyone knows when gardening that after the seeds have been planted before the garden can grow the weeds must be cleared out.

I know for a fact that many who left also pop back in to see if we've sorted the weeds out yet. They will return to post again if they know the garden is healthy and fruitfull.
