Hello Frank, after processing a past life incident a tone turned on and I hear it almost constantly from inside. Do you have any data about that to help me decide how best to deal with this and possibly benefit from it? I'm currently looking at it from the viewpoint that it is not a nuisance but an ability that I am not yet oriented to.
