He's using a water based fuel, not purely water. He developed a new type of fuel, not a new type of technology. Plus, the Orion Project is also developing technologies that will extract energy from the 'aether' that exists everywhere throughout the universe. Developing Stan Meyer's technology is only one aspect of what the Orion Project is trying to accomplish.

Guys ,
this all sounds too good to be true, but keep in mind that Dr Greer's Disclosure Project ( which I was a big fan and a small supporter of..) went absolutely NOWHERE.
I discussed this recently with BR and KC, they told me that Disclosure had called Project Camelot "disinfo" , and that Dr Greer had somehow been influenced and isolated himself : who exactly was behind all that we do not know.
My personal take is, it seems *very* unlikely that Free Energy should be developed and allowed to happen in the USA of all places.
I think we have to wait just a little longer and the Chinese or India will present it to the world..
