As with other forums I have belonged to, I 've found that I have better things to do with my time, and simply stopped remembering to visit -- until, in this case, the subscription notice came up.

Won't have a subscription unless someone sponsors me...


However a friend of mine set up a free member site for me and the NATION OF EARTH: http://earthnation.fatedtoend.com/

The site has forums enabled AND a chatblock, and members can post blog entries. The member list is currently very small, but membership is not restricted -- and there is no fee.

You don't even do money orders?

Now, now, there is almost nothing we can't work around. You could have a friend or relative pay with check, money order, or plastic and give them the cash. Just let me know and we can do a manual set up. karen@projectavalon.net.

We have lots of free subscription spots left. If you don't want to ask for one, someone could nominate you for one.
