This is all very interesting, yes please keep it simple astralwalker we do not wish to get lost on the way.
Clear concise instructions would help greatly, i'm sure there are a few like myself here that may struggle in the meditation side of things not a long time meditator still finding my way.

So much information, so little time, brain going on overload and all that lol!
Perhaps some of the more advanced members can help here a little by giving their fellow members a helping hand so astral walker won't get bogged down with everyone continuingly asking questions, there will be important data coming through. He's time will be spent getting the info across and without the interruptions of members like myself who will need explainations i'm sure it would be great if those more experienced could give some good constructive comments.
