Default Action inspired by Light: Trismegistos as Camelot paradigm? A Proposal

Dear all,
This is an invitation to focus our discussion on the Avalon forum practical aspects.
Reading this forum I get a lot of positive feelings: peace, love and so on.
On the other side when you stop to write here I suppose that you have a job, you get money to go the the supermarket and that you pay your Telecoms for Internet connection.
Also if you have the fortune to be “outside“ you still need a lot of practical/material attention.
But I get the feeling that too many here think that this will suddenly change without that we do something a part send our good feelings to the “space brother”.
I'm ironically.

What we need is are 2 or 3 well-formed alternatives scenarios (you can read my attempt to formulate one here: http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?t=730) another one is the official Big picture of camelot here: http://www.projectcamelot.org/big_picture.html ; this is not well-formed because mix the background information with the forecast.
To say “I don't know what will happens but we must be prepared for everything”, produce a lot of uncertain and finally inaction.
Can you imagine to drive a company with this philosophy?
Any human organization driven by uncertain is destinated to a short life.

We need to Forecasts the symptoms to Prepare and finally to Act.
This is not different from any Big Project a part the spirit.
Yes, the right spirit is fundamental, but if this spirit don't become visible we will fail the correct Sun Operation.

“Again it doth descend to Earth, and uniteth in itself the force from things superior and things inferior. Thus thou wilt possess the glory of the brightness of the world, and all obscurity will fly far from thee.
This thing is the strong fortitude of all strength, for it overcometh every subtle thing and doth penetrate every solid substance.
Thus was this world created.”

THE EMERALD TABLE

This is was I defined vertical dialectit in a previous post.
If you don't like Trismegistos you can take the Benedictines “Ora et Labora” (pray and works) as inspiration. the Benedictines helped out to save a lot of western civilization in they quiet mode.

What puzzle me is the contrast between the huge faith that something will happens and the passive attitude.
I think this passivity is NOT a “holy, spiritual one”, I was in many monastery and temples and I guaranty that they have a lot to do also when they seems to do nothing.
Much more it is driven by the attitude: “we are spectators of the History in front of TV and pop corn”.
This is exactly what happens seven year ago, and any possible October surprise will be in this style, only bigger (maybe 2.000 miles big?).

As far my analysis tell me in 10 years we will still need to have food, heat and a shelter.
The chance we have is to helps create a new world where this material aspect is in harmony with the inner aspect of the Man.

In my next posts I will try to focus on this practical aspects like gathering money, community building, finding a place, etc by publishing all the material that my group produced in the last 10 years. Finally this is the goal of this forum in my understanding.

I wonder if we have the time we would like to have.

Now I know first hand how the American public has been conditioned to be apathetic and not get involved in politics and has been fed a steady diet of misinformation. But propaganda only works to the point where the population being propagandized is not feeling the direct impact and negative consequences on a personal level in their daily lives. That's why the draft played a large role in bringing an end to Vietnam. We need another draft to push the mainstream over the edge and into action, but the façade is beginning to crack - 9/11 had some effect, the war in Iraq certainly, Katrina, massive job loses and an economic downturn that has really just begun have all factored into creating a critical mass. Even the most propagandized population in the history of civilization will have to act when their very survival and well-being is directly threatened and impacted. I just hope enough people will understand the need for bold decisive action now, before it's too late.
