Spies Penetrate U.S. Electrical Grid

Keep in mind that this is MSM. I'm trying to figure out what could be behind such an announcement, knowing that the story itself if probably a lie.
Turn off the power, blame it on ______________ - good enough reason to go to war?

I felt a tie to sun flare EMP and being able to blame it on other countrys rather than the cosmos.
