This documentary details the true reality of HAARP and what it is doing to our atmosphere each and every day. The real catch and the absolute purpose for HAARP is for the following reason, the military uses it to project a massive amount of pulsed watts of radio waves into our Earth's upper atmospher therefore enabling them to do a number of things for their own benefits. It is mainly put out into the public as simple "ionospheric research". The effect of performing the action of releasing huge masses of pulsed watts of radio waves into the upper atmosphere will create very low frquency radio waves and simply send them back to the Earth which will then build up the communications for all of the stationed submarines across the planet. It will also boost the ability for many radar stations as well as submarines to see into the Earth, literally, and detevct anything from underground bases and oil reserves.
