Mystery Schools

Hi to all. It's refreshing to have a place where like minded people can disagree.

I would be interested to hear people's thoughts on the Mystery Schools
which seem to be the inspiration of so many secret societies.

When you realise that people that lived millenia before the computer age
had a perfect understanding of geometry, astronomy and human physiology it does make you wonder.

When people refer to the pinecone or pineal gland remember that mystery schools taught of this 'third eye' long ago.

Pythagoras who like others after him studied at these mystery schools before
beginning one himself said that there were five elements.

Earth, Wind, Fire, Air and Spirit.

He also said that the first four were fine to discuss but that the fifth should be revealed only to the most worthy.

Ah, I think the term you're looking for may be the Invisible College. Beyond that, I don't know enough about it to comment.

Do you have a specific question about Mystery Schools?

Take Egypt for example:

The Left Eye of Horus Mystery School
The Right Eye of Horus Mystery School

And in regards to Pythagoras' mystery school and the 5th shape or element which he saved for only the most elite, I can tell you that SPIRIT is represented by the Dodecahedron. The understanding and manipulation of this shape gave us the Nuclear Bomb. And so his warning and discrimination was justified, would you agree?

Consider however, that we live in a paradox. Thus, if the understanding and manipulation of the Dodecahedron can give us Nuclear destruction -- I wonder what the equal and opposite to this might be. Could it be the process which we understand to be happening at the heart of the Sun giving our planet's surface life?

Mystery school is the term I'm choosing to use.

Adam, I don't think the 'discrimination' has kept us safe. Inevitability is very powerful.

I completely agree that the power of the immutable law can be used both ways.
Energy isn't just abundant in enriched uranium. It's in everything.
