AN amateur pilot had an alien encounter when he spotted three pairs of UFOs flying over his Midlands home on Christmas Eve. Dad-of-two, Andrew Freke, aged 47, was smoking a cigarette in his back garden in Solihull when he spotted a bright orange object flying through the night sky. Seconds later, five more of the unidentified flying objects zoomed over his roof and hovered in his back garden. Now, Mr Freke, of Ashbrook Crescent, Solihull, is looking for other people in his neighbourhood who can confirm the sighting and shed some light on the matter. Mechanical engineer, Mr Freke, who has been amateur pilot for more than 15 years, said: “First of all I thought it was a star but then I saw it moving. “It was going at about 150 miles per hour and was flying at about 2,000 feet. “I knew it wasn’t a plane or a helicopter and that’s when I got a bit excited and shouted for my wife and kids who were indoors. “There were three pairs of these things flying around for about 15 seconds. “I have no idea what they were - it’s very weird.” Mr Freke, who has never seen a UFO before, said the flying lights were completely silent. As his 15-year-old daughter, Kelsea, son Jonathan, and wife Kelly watched the drama unfold, Mr Freke dashed inside to grab his camera. The resulting image was a small orange blob on a black background with no other features visible. Mr Freke added: “I’m sure there is a way of calculating how big the aircraft was by working out the scale on the photo. “There must be an explanation for this. Maybe someone out there knows what they were.” |

Have you noticed how with each new sighting it only seems to be that person or persons near, family, friends, neighbours, collegues whom that person is with at the time of seeing ufo's, you'll never get anyone else seeing these things.
Apart from the known ones when large groups have sightings. I have found this in the past when i have seen ufo's, even had one come low over the house once back in the 80's. i live on an estate of houses we are all very close in proximity and yet no one else saw that ufo be it overhead. |

Hi Jaqiu D,
I asked this same question once a long time ago and got a very unusual reply. I'll not show the email because I would have to black out details, but to summarise it as thus; "the 'UFO' has onboard a sophisticated self protection suit designed to avoid being seen even at low levels by any one apart from their intended victims or experiencers. It has a sensor suit that uses scatterd light being reflected off the retina of any eyes that are looking in the crafts direction and takes evasive camouflage actions and other defensive measures. In short, it knows your looking, and can take steps to become invisible through electromagnetic coatings that make it hard or even impossible to detect with the naked eye". So even if you were sat underneath it as it was at 500 feet above you, others who were not alowed or emant to see it would neither see or hear anything. |

Avid, why do you assume Egg's encounter was negative? I have an acquaintance (James Gilliland) who has had a number of encounters, and so far none have been negative.
