One credible source says that NASA has a program which shows all metals that exist as the monoatomic element (like monoatomic gold), and how one metal converts to another without nuclear fusion. So apparently this knowledge is pretty known just not public.
Source also said that if you take monoatomic iridium in high-spin state, that you can make it into a disc that levitates against the earth's magnetic field.
Couple this with free energy devices and you have a basic outline of possible ufo technology.
