i have been writing to folks for a few years about this, within my local and state governing bodies, and focusing on this outcome. a few days ago a friend told me that Ramtha had mentioned in a teaching over christmas that NC would be sovereign from the feds and did a search on it. the link below is to the search, as i could not link directly to the resolution that i found there.
NJ, CA, and a few others were mentioned as well. i think CA will be the first to do this. change is afoot folks. write your representatives, let them know how you feel. it works. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...ty&btnG=Search from this search STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA 2nd Session of the 51st Legislature (2008) HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 1089 By: Key AS INTRODUCED <StartFT>A Joint Resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over certain powers; serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates; and directing distribution. <EndFT> WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."; and WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the United States and no more; and WHEREAS, the scope of power defined by the Tenth Amendment means that the federal government was created by the states specifically to be an agent of the states; and WHEREAS, today, in 2008, the states are demonstrably treated as agents of the federal government; and WHEREAS, many federal mandates are directly in violation of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States ; and WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court has ruled in New York v. United States, 112 S. Ct. 2408 (1992), that Congress may not simply commandeer the legislative and regulatory processes of the states; and WHEREAS, a number of proposals from previous administrations and some now pending from the present administration and from Congress may further violate the Constitution of the United States. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE [2ND SESSION] OF THE [51ST] NORTH CAROLINA LEGISLATURE: THAT the State of North Carolina hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States . THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers. THAT a copy of this resolution be distributed to the President of the United States, the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate of each state's legislature of the United States of America, and each member of the North Carolina Congressional Delegation. 51-2-9466 <SD> <12/31/08> |

I might be impressed if they started minting their own gold and silver
currency My children declared themselves sovereign all the time. It wasn't until they made their own money that it ment anything. p.s. why is it that whenever the ramsters have a meeting, all the wine in town flies off the shelves... Last edited by Baggywrinkle; 01-21-2009 at 09:52 PM. |

![]() ![]() ![]() we are all sovereign entities, whether we ACT like it or not. the fact that STATES are now on the bandwagon is quite promising indeed. it is one way to put an end to the advancement of the unwanted agendas placed on the population of the US of A, would you agree? i have sent this resolution, which i misspell sometimes as RE SOUL UTION, to all of the local governing bodies here in WNC so they are aware as well. i am always surprised at the emails i get back saying thanks for the heads up. |

That was one of the reasons we went plain... At my former place of business it was an ongoing joke to watch for slow moving out of towners frolicking in the fields by the light of the moon when the shelves went bare. Indeed (!) J.Z. was a former patron and Linda Evans was a customer of mine. We give the ranch a wide berth, but we got our farm from a former student, a lovely lady who has since left for New Zealand. We'll be putting it up for sale again by and by if you'd like to live close.... |

Theres nothing like a Ramtha Wine Ceremony. I can vouche for that, but no drunks in this family. Bit of a genenic think, I think. Make my own red wine now, so I am self-sufficient in that regard. Great idea, unlimited mind, to make a difference in the area you live in.

Just a quick note, some red wines are better than others, the beneficial chemical is Resveratrol, just Google it or search it and it should tell you which wines are better. I like the Wikipedia description because it tells you what else has resveratrol in it.
