The only reason to do it at home is if there is no opportunity to go to a comfortable site (especially in the winter for some of us), people of course are free if they have a suitable place and the means, to go to a site from February through April.

It's simply that by May or so, it should be good enough weather for most of us to be out at the sites, so we can make extra effort.

Also if we end up putting larger scale promotion into the summer month events, there can be larger crowds at certain locations, perhaps encouraging more people to come out.
