As i said before: most European countries use so called central european time. if it is 6 pm in MOST european countries, it is 5 pm in UK and Portugal ( we are subtracting one hour when going west). eastern european time is in such countries as belorus, Romania, Bulgaria, greece, etc. When you go east you add one hour.

I'd say I'll just be meditating between 5pm and 8pm to be on the safe side, but hey, I know I can't keep it up that long unless you guys entrain me so deep I won't realise.
