I love it. Have house, will travel. This certainly would go a long ways in dealing with the homeless and housing situation.. it's call downsizing. Also, get this. You can build this and keep it on your property.. no building permit required because it is on wheels and one could rent it out and make money.
I ordered the building plans. If you check it out sky lights would be good and solar so it is self-sufficient with the exception of water. Dan... love your plan too but I will add this - building ones own little house is more fun.
