Is HAARP currently playing havoc with the British climate to speed up the demise of the British economy coupled with the banking/economic crisis;the timing is perfect- so far the British economy has suffered to the tune of 4 billion pounds due to this 'cold spell' and more inclement weather is forecast for the coming weeks!? I maybe mad as it is winter but food for thought...
