I like to say to myself "I AM EXTREMELY HEALTHY" and believe that I am when I say it.. it sends a chill up my spine every time and rises to my heart chakra which sends ecstatic healing sensations throughout my body.
It sounds silly but it always seems to help.

Keep these prayers and powerful thoughts coming, Henry check out www.fathersolanus.com ask for some intercession too. Fr. Solanus is the first amercan cappuchin priest to have the cannonization process started by John Paul before he passed away. Many, Many favors have been granted.

My father told me so many stories, one was he told me that Fr. Solanus was a big admire of the honey bees, It was a cool october day and my dad was standing over fr. solunus grave site outside the church. He said as he was praying he noticed something was flying around. Now mind you it was cold out, as my dad put out his hand a honey bee landed in his hand. One single honey bee on a cold october day. Something to ponder. Prayers to ya as yes they are very powerful, my dad always said you can't wish it to happen , you have to expect it to happen no matter how long it takes.
