No it has nothing to do with finding a lost puppy or using that technology on us.
They can find any warm blooded animal or human easily with heat sensing equipment, so it must have another purpose to it. hmmm

Human chimera patterns

Hm! i wonder what the scientists have in mind for this one!

Notice the striping in the puppy as well, there have been many experiments with putting human genetics in animals in chimera projects I posted links in another post about them.

Perhaps they are working on things that will make it easier on inhabitants, people, animals , hybrids , chimera's , aliens, to live in the dark underground facilities. Or making it so the "chosen ones" have the ability to make vitamin C, we are one the few creatures who do not, and do make our own Vitamin D without the sun, for those "chosen" to inhabit the underground facilities they are building.

Not unless I cover myself in mud or maybe tin foil, i dunno, but it's just another tool, and with global warming maybe we will be the same temp as all around us.

I do enjoy the glow in the dark fishies though.
