Aspartame...

Aspartame, directly causes STROKES; HEART FAILURE; RESP. FAILURE.
It mess' with the bodies internal electrical system. The damage is
permanent... If you " SEE " anyone drinking diet soda, foods and you
care abt that being... Educate them... They will counter you by saying
the Food and Drug Administration [FDA] wouldn't allow something bad on
the market. Get their email... Send them information... sites... video's...
So, THEY may discover for themselves...

In 1997 there was an increase in aspartame users reporting severe toxicity reactions and damage such as seizures, eye damage and vision loss, confusion, severe migraines, tremors, depression, anxiety attacks, insomnia, etc. In the same years, Ralph Walton, MD, Chairman, The Center for Behavioral Medicine showed that the only studies which didn't find problems with aspartame where those funded by the manufacturer (Monsanto). Given the agreement amongst independent scientists about the toxicity of aspartame, the only question was whether the formaldehyde exposure from aspartame caused the toxicity. That question has now been largely answered because of research in the late 1990s.

The following facts shown by recent scientific research:


Aspartame (nutrasweet) breaks down into methanol (wood alcohol).


Methanol quickly converts to formadehyde in the body.


Formaldehyde causes gradual and eventually severe damage to the neurological system, immune system and causes permanent genetic damage at extremely low doses.


Methanol from alcoholic beverages and from fruit and juices does not convert to formaldehyde and cause damage because there are protective chemicals in these traditionally ingested beverages.


The most recent independent research in Europe demonstrates that ingestion of small amounts of aspartame leads to the accumulation of significant levels of formaldehyde (bound to protein) in organs (liver, kidneys, brain) and tissues.


Excitotoxic amino acids such as the one which is immediately released from aspartame likely increases the damage caused by the formaldehyde.

I am finding that even among the most informed regarding the health hazards of aspartame, the following is a little known fact:

Have you checked the ingredients of chewable vitamins, both adult and children's.

The following is a brief account of my personal experience and horrifying discovery.

Starting in 1991 I learned of the health hazards of aspartame, because I had been consuming NutraSweet on a regular basis, and was having increasing excruciating monthly periods, eventually becoming bed-ridden 3 days at a time, every month or more.

I took myself off NutraSweet, and slowly but surely, my monthly periods got much better, and I began feeling better overall.

I avoided aspartame as if it was poison - which it is!

Years later in 2001, I became pregnant with my second child and began taking large doses of chewable vitamin C, since I was preparing to have a scheduled C-Section delivery.

3 months after delivery, I began experiencing very similar symptoms like those I had had years earlier, with my period, and during my ovulations.

One day, I happened to glance through the ingredients of my vitamin C, and imagine my anger when I saw the word Aspartame in my vitamins!

I then checked the ingredients in all vitamins and was absolutely infuriated and horrified to learn that nearly all children's vitamins found in supermarkets, and grocery stores have Aspartame in them! All varieties of the Flintstone's chewables have this poison!

Please get the word out! As a mother of three young children, I feel it's important to spread the word of warning to as many people as possible.

Thank you for posting this. I really never checked out the vitamins for this poison. I was only thinking of adding them to the diet

I only really use vitamin C but my grandchildren take chewables. I guess I shouldnt be so surprise. They stoop to all levels in their madness to hurt the children.

Dr. H.J.Roberts: Aspartame is an artificial sweetener, an additive. And its a chemical, its not a natural product. The molecule is made up of three components, two are amino acids the so called building blocks of protein.
