Building underground safe rooms

I will hire knowledgeable builders
and architects to do the job.

What I am looking for now are
links to websites and people who
know the specs for building homes
and safe rooms underground that
have solar mass ejections in mind.

There are, for sure, many sites with
good info about building homes that
are underground, but they do not
mention the specifications for building
rooms and homes that are made to
safely carry a family through the
types of solar mass ejections
that are talked about on PC.
