It was regarding future time not just for me but all humanity it was a message that things will change because Earth has to evolve.

How do they come these days - in form of pictures/visions, or are they verbal..tepepathic maybe? Do they still make you sad? are some uplifting/ do you get the sense that these beings are Plaiadians?
