urban survival... More quakes on the way 2010!

I've heard that survivors in Haiti are extremely worried because alot of rumors going around right now that there is supposed to be an aftershock that is bigger than the 7 plus original quake. Reporters are said to be advising those spreading the rumor that, that is scientifically unlikely and rarely happens, but I'm sure that's little comfort.

Cripes, six more of these, 220 million displaced in US alone? Hope Cliffy and George are off but I'm sitting on the New Madrid right now, one eye on my bug out bag.

I'm caught at a crossroads here admittedly. I realize the power of people to manifest things, but yet at the same time I wonder whether everything such as earthquakes are being manifested by humans.

I don't think people manifest earthquakes per se. Maybe what happens is that the electrical energy given off by people can tip the balance, so to speak. The unstable section of earth gives way due to shifting currents of energy, maybe? I am not a scientist, and have not studied the effects of high energy (positive or negative) and earth movement. It would be worth studying, wouldn't it?

hmmmm good point. Thought has no skin!

earthquakes may simply be a cleansing of the fleas of the doggy's back.
mommy earth might have had enough or simply galactic changes and or human intervention AND OR a energy cleanse.

On a larger scheme, Earth movement and activities are always inlfuences first by the global consciousness of humanity. It might happen to have 6 large earthquakes in 2010, but we must not forget it will happen because there is also "Earthquake of despair" in the consciousness of millions of people. Thus creating a "built up" of Creative energies around certain type of "ideas and thoughts". Earth react to it and the historical "weak spot" are often the ones that let all this energy to "transit" form one form to another.

cyclic refreshments of our home (earth) happens over so often and we can't change it, pure physics. I'm not saying that what you say is not true.
What I say is we have to deal with whatever is coming,
by hoping that our dna is changed or activated again we can wait forever,
like those who wait for their saviours.
Better be safe than sorry, explore all possibilities, especially spiritual,
but we can't forget that we live in physical universe and have to get ready to it as well.

Taking responsobility for one self, not relying on anyone, being sovereign is way to go.
Once you take back control over your life, can start forming communities and than take care of the planet. Planet is better off in places where there are no humans.
So whos looking after who? Shes our mommy and we are her children :-)

This is not just a physical universe, there are many dimension but I will not enter into that here

I agree that the only way forward is to be self responsible, but we are doing more than that, we are helping the planet now

From the perspective of how detructive humanity has becomed I agree that it seems that it will be better of without it but, it is like saying to you body I am better of without my heart ??? it can not be done..

I'd be tempted to say that the answer is 'one person'

But I'm not sure of the maths.

I read this US report the other day, used to read US every day without fail. This was the first one I'd read in a month and I thought, 'OH GEE! Did I just consciously create that article by worrying about the future again ?!' I love George.. but I want to keep in mind that the cataclysmic stuff doesn't have to happen. maybe it's down to my own consciousness what happens in the end (and maybe no one elses...) I don't fully understand that, but it's as spooky a hypothesis as anything else...
