When I heard this song from Les Mis. in the production in NYC, there were French foreign exchange students behind me - a whole row of them- and they were sobbing, and squealing in French. They cried the whole way out of the theater, along with a whole lot of other people. The only word I don't like is the word crusade. So easy to put a lot of other stuff onto it. Otherwise, it is stirring beyond imagination to hear this song performed live. There is nothing more powerful than live theater, IMO. LB

OMG you just made me sob. It doesnt have to be live to feel it

I must of needed this to have it come on so quickly.............wow
