You might also ask your sis in law to try Turmeric, it has been proven useful in preventing melanoma and causing existing melanoma cells to commit suicide. I bought a 50g bag for £1 in the local asian supermarket, I wrap a small amount in a cigarette paper and swallow it every morning or use it in Indian cooking.

In a easier way to take it is in a youghurt-drink... I use to fill a glas with a third of youghurt and on that I take about a two teaspoon of tumeric, about a teaspoon of ginger, a little grinded clover, about a half teaspoon of cinnamon and on top I sprinkle a little black pepper... the black pepper highten the effect of tumeric... makes it many times more effective... and the rest of the glas I fill with cold water...drink and enjoy... its a god way to start the day...
