northern cal, san jose

however, my first thought is relocating out of california, if possible outside of the US, last choice would be california

don't mind if i stay in touch in here in case i have no other choice but cali

I anticipating locale in california is critical..

1. away from major faults
2. away from volcanoes
3. away from the coast

missing something or is it too much, should we skip out on one or two of the concerns above?

I am here in San Francisco. My colleague and I are looking to network, though not necessarily ready to leave the Bay Area yet due to professional concerns. For anyone in the Bay Area...we should chat.

I'm in Southern California and I hope it won't be for TOO long. It certainly doesn't feel like the safest place to be.

Yes, I am in central California. In the valley half way between Fresno and Modesto California. I am in Merced. Is there anything I can do for you? I am here at anyone's disposal. I have stocked food and some other things.

I forgot to mention. I read a post by eXchanger who is in Canada about problems with her aol and computer freezing up on her. This has been happening to me for the past three days. It will freeze up with this forum and also e-mails with messages from myself to someone else regarding these times keeps failing to send. Just freeze up. I suspect something but not sure of what it is. I hope eXhanger is safe in Canada as it seems it should be. My computer is fairly new and in good shape so this should not be happening. also my DSL is with ATT and it keeps just going off and causing my AOL to shut down and it has never done that before as I have had it for years. something is going on.

I keep getting 'messages' for me to get the rest of my money out of the bank.................to buy extra gasoline and hide it....and more food more food. this keeps being impressed to me over and over. I know that things are going to happen but I have always felt that 'I" would be safe, but my concerns are not for myself but for others.

I had a 'vision' about ten days ago. In this vision was waves of water taking over the land and causing flooding. Then I heard about Texas. Then I saw military men in black uniforms hearding up people into groups. They had rifles on them and drawn. I did not get the feeling that they wanted to shoot to kill but were just rounding up people in groups of about 100. I did not see panic or fear. Just the rounding up of people who were on the streets. Not sure what it meant as I was not in the picture.....I was just an observer watching so I do not know where this was happening.
I just thought I would throw that in for what it may be worth. I have had these types of experiences all my life. They are not static. They always have some specific meaning. thanks..

I am here. I am here to help. I care.

San Jose! I'm always here, stuck!

I'm where all the streams run into the Bay, in a multi-story apt building.

Yikes. You shoulda been here last year when we had our 5.6 equake.

Nobody speaks English here either.

Come by for coffee or whine. Maybe we can dream something up
that's bettern this.

NOTE TO BUCHANAN:

Have you done a DEFRAG lately, if you have a Windows rig? That might help.

I'm on a Linux rig now; but when I had Windows that kept things going.

Shech--
