People figured out how to run cars on water in the 70's.

The very first Model T's were capable of self-powering.

Free energy technology has been demonstrated repeatedly since the 1800's.

The problem is not figuring it out.

The problem is that it is against Federal and International law to release or manufacture any of this technology.

Most people are highly allergic to buckshot if you know what I mean.
