Interesting post but in my opinion just more ramblings from a New Age channel, (http://www.benutoo.com/) and should be taken as such, its up to the individual whether to believe or not.

She claims to channel an entity called Benu and also claims Benu is Archangel Gabriel.

According to Western Mystery Esotericism, Archangel Gabriel is of the first Quorum of Archangels (of which there are 12) and is the Angel of annunciation, resurrection, mercy and vengeance, ruling Prince of the First Heaven and chief of the Angelic guards over paradise, Archangel of the Moon, Yesod.
The femine counterpart is Liah. They teach according to the Law of Progression and fight evil on a one to one basis.

It is also taught that Archangels of the First Quorum cannot be channeled as their vibration is too high although their "office" can be channeled through others in their line. There are so many "channels" out there all with their messages for us although on closer inspection, these messages seem very generic and general.

False Prophet or message from an Angelic entity?
