Default Indianīs Amazing De-aging/Detox Skin Tonic

Indianīs Amazing De-aging/Detox Skin Tonic

1/8 cup coconut oil
Juice of one lemon
Dash of sea salt
A large pinch of frankincense resin (or Myrrh)
5 drops of collodial gold

Add all ingredients into blender and mix for 30 seconds.

Hi Folks,
Iīve been continuing my detoxification efforts here in Costa Rica, and having lots of fun and success. My latest tonic has given me such incredible smooth clear skin, that I simply had to share it with you. I feel that this is working wonders for me personally with no noticeable side effects....well one big one....my face feels and looks brighter! Last week one lovely lady told me that my energy is so bright, she simply had to meet me (I suppose my regular weekly foot baths have paid off in this regard too)...

Be sure to wash your skin and EXFOLIATE to remove any contaminants, grease, dirt, smog etc., BEFORE you apply this skin tonic to your entire body! Apply to wet skin, and reapply as skin dries. Sit in the direct sun, or in a sunny window until everything soaks in in about one hour...close your eyes and meditate even!

Drink lots of water all day, to help your body purge toxins. Be sure to tell your body to purge anything that is no longer serving your needs.

I havenīt found any tonic online that even comes close to this very special combination...feel free to vary the recipe if you feel called to do so, or if you do not have all the ingredients. Consider adding skin loving herbs and essential oils. The reasons why Iīve chosen each ingredient is as follows:

Coconut oil
-Balance skin pH
-Protects skin from sun (Sunblocks are poison to the skin and should never be used long term)
-Vitamin and minerals

Lemon Juice
-Balance skin pH
-Tones and nourishes skin
-Helps with body odor

Sea Salt
-MOTHER EARTHīS MULTI VITAMIN!
-Facilitates all chemical reactions in the body
-Nourishes blood

Frankincense (or Myrrh)
-Highly oxygenating to the skin and brain
-Very effective detoxifier to the entire body
-Anti fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial!

Collodial Gold
-Crystallize cells
-Building a more Light-receptive body

Donīt be surprised if you feel REALLY GOOD, after this experience, in fact, expect it!

This recipe may be used a few times a week...send your feedback to dieter@indianinthemachine.com

Thank you for sharing this recipe, I hope it does for you, what it has done for me.

In joyful service,
Dieter

This was a message I received today. I have not tried this nor do I recommend it. Just simply sharing the information for anyone interested. JT

Probably a dumb question here, but what is the Frankincense resin, and where can you get ahold of it? Ive only seen it available for incense lamps, is that the same thing? Ive also seen it in an essential oil, can that be used? Id love to know more! Thanks!
