Russian officials have documented at least 23 cases in which Ukraine has used arms that contain toxic substances. Under international law, using chemical weapons is deemed a war crime.
Moscow believes that Ukraine may be cooking up an “anti-Russian false flag operation with the use of Western-made poisonous substances” with the aim of pinning the blame on Moscow for the usage of such chemical weapons, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova cautioned.
“Quite possibly, another anti-Russian provocation is being set up employing Western-made poisonous substances in order to launch a new campaign within the UN's structures and throughout the global media to accuse our country of the allegedly deliberate use of chemical weapons,” she warned.
Earlier, Sputnik reported that Russia had sent 23 notes to the secretariat of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) concerning Ukraine's use of toxic substances as chemical weapons. However, the OPCW was reluctant to send any of its experts to the special military operation zone.
In August, a high-ranking Russian military doctor said that the Kiev regime had used shells containing white phosphorous in Zaporozhye. This toxic substance causes severe burns and acute poisoning, as well as tissue necrosis. Moscow believes that Western countries are supplying Ukraine with such noxious chemicals.
This winter, a video emerged on the Internet showing the Ukrainian military loading canisters onto drones. Experts suggested that these vessels could likely contain phosgene, a substance explicitly prohibited by the United Nations' Chemical Weapons Convention.

The Kiev regime has once again revealed its inhuman Nazi essence by committing another cynical and horrific crime – an attack on residential areas in Belgorod using multiple launch rocket systems.
The premeditated and meticulously prepared shelling attack on the city centre resulted in the deaths of at least 14 people, including two children, and injured 100 civilians, 17 of whom were minors. British and American consultants were directly involved in organising this terrorist attack, regularly inciting the Ukrainian authorities to commit brutal crimes. The countries of the European Union, which persistently and irresponsibly continue to supply the Ukrainian ruling clique with weapons, are also responsible for this.
It should be emphasised that the strike deliberately targeted places where civilians gather, particularly families with children. I don’t know why anyone would be surprised that Kiev would indiscriminately strike Belgorod civilians with zero military necessity on New Year’s Eve weekend. It’s exactly the same type of terrorist tactics that Kiev has been using for 9.5 years in Donbass, and it’s become normalized.
We know exactly the type of NATO weapons have been used in the past few years in these attacks. We know the names of Western media that cheer on killing Russians or Russophones or misreport this type of terrorism with the “unable to verify” euphemism, which they use selectively when it suits them. We also know which foreign countries support Kiev with plausible deniability in some of the more brazen instances of such terrorism. And we got used to it.

On a armored battleship ‘St George the Victory-Bearer’ stationed in the Odessa Harbor, Bolshevik commissars would throw tied Russian military officers (WW1 and Russo-Japanese War veterans) as well as civilians into the ships fiery furnace.
On board that same battleship, the executioners would use the ship’s cauldron steam to burn their victims, they would then leave them tied up on the deck, and pour sea water onto them to increase their suffering.
Hundreds of bodies were thrown off that same ship into the Black Sea, out of convenience.

If this is true and a valid video, then it is a horrible confirmation of the purely-destructive and sadistic nature of evil at work on the Western side in this conflict. Let me explain:
The background is that all effective militaries have long since realized that they must be selective in their recruitment, and they exclude people with low intelligence and behavioural handicaps - not because they are compassionate, but for hard-nosed practical "military effectiveness" reasons. Because a great deal of experience and research (especially from WWI and WWII) concluded that such people are untrainable for any useful task (or, at least. require very prolonged resource consuming training), they require excessive supervision by more able troops if they are to do anything useful (wasting the useful troops) - and are indeed most likely to be a greater danger to their own side than to the enemy, especially if entrusted with weapons.
The fact that (apparently) many such impaired and disabled and grossly unsuitable people are being deliberately sucked-into the Ukr military (by professionals who know exactly what they are doing,), with the barest pretense of training, and put into the kind of front-line infantry positions which absolutely-require high calibre, fit and well trained troops; means that the authorities are knowingly wrecking their own combat effectiveness; which tells me that this is deliberate torture and murder of an entire nation.
Insofar as Ukranians are complicit in their own annihilation, through being consumed by resentment and hatred - which, at this stage, is difficult to know - makes matters even more horribly appalling. (The analogies with Western-backed Israel are close.)
All this aside-from (and in addition to) whatever damage and death being dealt out by such systematically-wrecked military forces.
As I have often said; these truly are (by my estimation) the most evil times in the history of the world. However; the lesson we ought to learn is not to despair; but to place our hope beyond this world in faith, love - and eternal life...
Which is something we all ought to be doing anyway; but at present it is becoming truly the only valid and possible spiritual option.
I find it useful to remind myself that life is fragile, and must be divinely sustained - therefore, if we are still alive, it is for a spiritual reason. It is our job to learn this reason, and to learn from it.
In different words: So long as we live, we need to learn something, and that something is spiritually important - else we would not be alive.
(This I see as a fact of this life; entailed by God the Creator being our loving parents (or loving Father, if you prefer) - and therefore always shaping creation around the eternal spiritual (not temporary physical) needs of each of his beloved children. But we are free agents; so that whatever God does for us, we personally must always choose to avail ourselves of the opportunities presented.)
