That's probably never happened before in all of modern warfare. It's yet another desperate tragedy (his chances of avoiding death in the next few days must be nearly zero), and one has to wonder if this is itself a kind of war crime.

It’s heartbreaking but apparently they’re so desperate and short on manpower they are also recruiting/ conscripting the disabled.

☠️🇺🇦 Ukrainian authorities have "fallen into a trap" because of the new draft law new draft law on tougher mobilisation.

This was stated by Rada MP Aleksandr Dubynsky, who was sent to a jail in Ukraine on suspicion of state treason.

He believes that Kiev regime needs tough mobilisation to encourage the U.S. and the EU to give it money despite the counter-fail. The new draft law on extermination mobilization has sparked criticism from the country's residents against the authorities and military leadership.

"And if people are not ready to fight, who and why will give them money for this?" - he has asked.

London behind Kiev’s ‘terrorist act’ – Zakharova
The US, UK, and its allies in the EU bear responsibility for a massive Ukrainian strike on the Russian border city of Belgorod, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Saturday. An attack that hit the center of the city claimed the lives of at least 20 people and left more than 100 injured, according to the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

“Britain is behind the terrorist act,” Zakharova said in an audio statement, adding that London and Washington “have been inciting the Kiev regime” to commit acts of terrorism amid the failed summer counteroffensive.

The much-hyped six-month operation failed to bring about significant changes to the front line despite heavy casualties on the Ukrainian side. According to the latest Russian military estimates, Ukraine has lost over 125,000 troops and 16,000 pieces of heavy equipment in the counteroffensive. Much of the heavy armor and weaponry supplied to Kiev by its Western backers ended up destroyed or captured by Russian troops.

“Amid the lack of even the smallest chances to improve the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ miserable situation on the ground, [Washington and London] resorted to the tactics of terrorist attacks against civilians,” Zakharova said, without providing evidence of the US and UK playing a role in the strike on Saturday. She added that Russia would raise the issue of Ukraine’s actions at a UN Security Council meeting.

The Foreign Ministry spokeswoman also claimed that the UK had virtually prohibited Kiev from holding talks with Moscow, focusing on achieving a “battlefield victory” instead, referring to an earlier interview by senior Ukrainian MP David Arakhamia. The politician, who heads President Vladimir Zelensky’s Servant of the People party in parliament and led the Ukrainian delegation at the Istanbul talks, told Ukrainian TV channel 1+1 that the conflict could have ended in spring 2022.

At the time, Moscow had essentially offered Ukraine peace in exchange for neutrality and a promise not to join NATO, he said in late November. Arakhamia also revealed that then-UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who visited Kiev in early April, told Ukrainian officials not to “sign anything” with the Russians and to “just continue fighting.”

The EU is responsible for the tragedy on Saturday as well, Zakharova said, adding that the bloc continues to supply Kiev with weapons. She noted that Ukrainian troops are using banned cluster munitions against civilians.

Earlier on Saturday, the Russian Defense Ministry said that rockets with cluster bomb warheads were used in the attack on Belgorod. Cluster munitions were banned by more than 110 nations under a UN convention in 2008 due to the extreme danger they pose to civilians.

Washington announced that it would supply Kiev with cluster bombs from its Cold War-era stockpiles in July, claiming that Ukraine had vowed not to use them in populated areas. Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the time that the use of cluster bombs should be regarded as a war crime.

▫️Responding to the MLRS-launched terrorist act in Belgorod, which resulted in killing civilians including children, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck decision-making centres and military facilities used by the Kiev criminal regime.

▫️In Donetsk direction, units of the Yug Group of Forces, in cooperation with Operational-Tactical Aviation and artillery, repelled three attacks of assault groups of the 56th motorized infantry, 24th mechanized, and 80th air assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine close to Bogdanovka and Georgiyevka (Donetsk People's Republic). The total enemy losses in this direction amounted to 300 troops, two armored fighting vehicles, as well as four motor vehicles. In addition, during the counter-battery warfare, the Russian Armed Forces hit one U.S.-made M777 artillery system, one Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery system, one D-30 gun, one U.S.-made M119 howitzer, as well as one U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery radar.

A certain Bolshevik in Kiev named ‘Gleb Bokiy’ (Глеб Бокий), who worked at those same headquarters, was known for ‘drinking human blood’ (❗️).

There were also the much feared ‘young Bolshevik women’ who terrorized Kiev, they would tie their victims from the ceiling and shoot them in the genitals (then letting them bleed out).

On a armored battleship ‘St George the Victory-Bearer’ stationed in the Odessa Harbor, Bolshevik commissars would throw tied Russian military officers (WW1 and Russo-Japanese War veterans) as well as civilians into the ships fiery furnace.

On board that same battleship, the executioners would use the ship’s cauldron steam to burn their victims, they would then leave them tied up on the deck, and pour sea water onto them to increase their suffering.

Hundreds of bodies were thrown off that same ship into the Black Sea, out of convenience.

If this is true and a valid video, then it is a horrible confirmation of the purely-destructive and sadistic nature of evil at work on the Western side in this conflict. Let me explain:

The background is that all effective militaries have long since realized that they must be selective in their recruitment, and they exclude people with low intelligence and behavioural handicaps - not because they are compassionate, but for hard-nosed practical "military effectiveness" reasons. Because a great deal of experience and research (especially from WWI and WWII) concluded that such people are untrainable for any useful task (or, at least. require very prolonged resource consuming training), they require excessive supervision by more able troops if they are to do anything useful (wasting the useful troops) - and are indeed most likely to be a greater danger to their own side than to the enemy, especially if entrusted with weapons.

The fact that (apparently) many such impaired and disabled and grossly unsuitable people are being deliberately sucked-into the Ukr military (by professionals who know exactly what they are doing,), with the barest pretense of training, and put into the kind of front-line infantry positions which absolutely-require high calibre, fit and well trained troops; means that the authorities are knowingly wrecking their own combat effectiveness; which tells me that this is deliberate torture and murder of an entire nation.

Insofar as Ukranians are complicit in their own annihilation, through being consumed by resentment and hatred - which, at this stage, is difficult to know - makes matters even more horribly appalling. (The analogies with Western-backed Israel are close.)

All this aside-from (and in addition to) whatever damage and death being dealt out by such systematically-wrecked military forces.

As I have often said; these truly are (by my estimation) the most evil times in the history of the world. However; the lesson we ought to learn is not to despair; but to place our hope beyond this world in faith, love - and eternal life...

Which is something we all ought to be doing anyway; but at present it is becoming truly the only valid and possible spiritual option.

I find it useful to remind myself that life is fragile, and must be divinely sustained - therefore, if we are still alive, it is for a spiritual reason. It is our job to learn this reason, and to learn from it.

In different words: So long as we live, we need to learn something, and that something is spiritually important - else we would not be alive.

(This I see as a fact of this life; entailed by God the Creator being our loving parents (or loving Father, if you prefer) - and therefore always shaping creation around the eternal spiritual (not temporary physical) needs of each of his beloved children. But we are free agents; so that whatever God does for us, we personally must always choose to avail ourselves of the opportunities presented.)
